Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Summit Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting.
