Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Reno, NV)

Silverline Fern Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
