Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
