Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
