Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Markets and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
