Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial Group is a financial-services company in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
