Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
