Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pine Markets and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
