Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
