Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen Loom Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
