Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Nova Works serves neighbourhoods around Rochester with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 3 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
