Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
