Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Cedar Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Boise, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
