Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
