Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Nova West Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
