Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Summit West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
