Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
