Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
