Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Clearpath River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Toledo, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
