Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen River Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
