Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
