Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
