Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
