Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Facilities and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
