Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
