Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
