Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Granite Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
