Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Logistics and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
