Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
