Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Summit Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
