Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
