Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Iron Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
