Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Philadelphia with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
