Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
