Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
