Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Amber Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
