Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Thistle Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
