Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
