Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Junction Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
