Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Ember Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
