Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Louisville, KY)

Bright Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting.
