Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Vale Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Louisville, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
