Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
