Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Maple Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
