Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
