Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Meadow Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
