Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Meridian Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
