Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar River Pharma is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
