Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Oak Facilities Group is a facilities company in Jackson with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
