Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Jackson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
